The Think It Talk It Model
Think It and Talk It are the first two steps of a 5 step model for transforming your life.
- Think it – your thoughts shape your reality. If you choose to think positive thoughts your perception of your circumstances will be positive.
- Talk it – let your words create the state that you desire. When your words and your thoughts are aligned in a positive direction you are crafting the roadmap of what you want in your brain.
- Feel it – your emotions are the propulsion, the fuel, the spark that will set you alight. When you allow yourself to really feel the joy, the excitement, the wonderment of having the life that you want, it is incredible how things line up for you! Aligning your emotions with your thoughts and your talk let’s your whole energy system know what you want.
- Do it – action is the critical step. What do you need to do to have a life of ease, grace, and joy? Do that!
- Repeat. Set up a system of practices, of habits, that all align with the life that you truly want. Practice doing these things until they become almost automatic.

I am committed to leading a life of leadership, empowerment and effecting positive change in Trinidad & Tobago. However, day-to-day challenges and negativity sometimes get in the way and drain me of my energy.
My coaching sessions with Cheryl have been extremely helpful in learning to recognize when it’s time to stop, breathe, and check what my body is trying to tell me. She has given me some very useful de-stressing and relaxation techniques that I can utilize anywhere and anytime, thus making room to welcome positive energy.
I am now incorporating those techniques as part of my daily practice. This gives me the power to start my day with intention and to manage my energy throughout the day… and, if things get a little too rough for me to handle, I can always call on her for support. I especially like that!
