Why would I want to let go? I’m comfortable the way I am.

Are you sure?

Do you find yourself thinking about mistakes you made in the past and feeling guilty or regretful?

Do you worry about what other people think of you and try hard not to displease people?

What about things in your house that you never use and probably never will? Why exactly are you holding on to them?

Do you stay in relationships even when you know it’s not good for you, dragging you down?

Are you driven by all the things that you “should” do or “ought” to do?

How about all those people that drive you crazy?

What if you were to release all those burdens on your energy? What would it be like to take off some of that pressure?

I think you would find peace of mind; ease; lightness; more joy.

If you learn to let go you’ll have more space to BE the amazing person that you actually are. You just might like yourself more. And others, in turn will like this happier person.

You will definitely be less stressed! You’ll find yourself able to exhale – finally!!

And you know that less stress means a healthier, happier life!

If you want to learn about how to let go, sign up today for The Art of Letting Go Workshop on October 7th at Colibri, The Creative Centre of Light, Santa Cruz.  In this one day, in-person workshop we will reflect on what is holding you back from living a life of ease, joy, and peace of mind. We will share strategies on how to let go.
